ASEEES Room Block Rates
Double or King rooms $225/per night – A limited number of two double bed rooms are available. If you do not need a room with two double beds, please reserve those who may be sharing their room. We are not guaranteed additional double rooms once these sell out.
Student rooms $99/per night – We are no longer accepting new requested for discounted student rooms. The discounted reservation link will be sent to the first 60 students who are vetted and qualify. Room code is not transferable to another student or attendee; however, qualified students are welcome to share their room. Wait listed students will be contacted after August 12 if there are available rooms remaining. Only king size beds have been assigned to student rooms. Double double rooms may be requested at check-in.
The ASEEES Room Block will close October 9, 2026.

Wi-Fi Access
If you booked your room through the ASEEES room block, you have complimentary in-room internet. This access will be granted through your free Hilton Honors account.

A FedEx is located across the street from the Palmer House Hilton at 55 E Monroe St, Chicago, IL 60603.

Lockwood Express – Sunday – Wednesday 6:00 am – 9:00 pm; Thursday – Saturday 5:00 am – 12:00 am
Potter’s Bar – Tuesday – Sunday 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Getting to the hotel
When taking public transportation from O’Hare International Airport, take the Blue Line train to Monroe/Dearborn stop. Take Monroe east to the hotel. The Palmer House is on the south side of the street.
From Midway Airport, take the Orange Line from Midway to downtown. Get off at the Adams/Wabash stop. The Palmer House is located on the west side of Wabash Avenue.
Parking
Self-parking
Self-parking is available at our downtown Chicago parking garage partner facility located at 55 East Monroe Street, directly across the street from the Palmer House Hilton. The garage can be accessed from Monroe Street (east bound traffic) only during this time as the Wabash/Adams Street (west bound traffic) entrance is currently under renovation and not accessible.
The self-parking rate is $57.00 per night. Guests can have their parking validated and pay at check-out. Non-guests must pay their parking prior to entering your car to exit the lot.
Valet Parking
Valet Parking with unlimited in and out privileges is available to guests at the Palmer House Hilton 24 hours a day curbside at the Monroe Street entrance.
The overnight hotel guest valet parking rate is $85.00 per night.
Check-in
Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. If you are a guest in the hotel the bellman will be able to hold your bags until check-in or after check-out.
Hotel Policies
Bookings in the ASEEES room block include free cancellation up through two calendar days before arrival. A late cancellation fee will be charged if cancelling the day before, or the day of check-in. Allow 3-5 business days for a refund to fully process.
At check-in a $100 per night deposit will be held for incidentals during your stay. Please contact the hotel reservations staff for a receipt of this deposit.
Hotel Amenities
Guestrooms do not have coffee makers or mini refrigerators. Coffee makers/Mini refrigerators may be requested based upon availability. Because there are limited quantities it is recommended you call the hotel 1-2 weeks before your stay to make your request.
A limited number of cribs are also available upon request at no charge.
All guests have 24-hour access to the hotel’s Fitness Center.
