Each year, the Exhibit Hall at the Annual Convention attracts attendees who meet with Affiliate Groups, foundations, government agencies, media outlets, non-governmental organizations, publishers and university presses, recruiters and job services, think tanks, and more. Consider becoming an exhibitor at the ASEEES Annual Convention!
2026 In-Person Booth
The purchase deadline to be listed in the print program is September 12.
The Exhibit Hall will be open throughout the convention. On Thursday, November 12, the Exhibit Hall will host the Opening Reception, open to all attendees.
During the Opening Reception, ASEEES runs a raffle. If you are interested in contributing to the prizes (excluding books) please contact Margaret Manges at [email protected].

In-Person Exhibit Booth purchase includes:
- Two exhibitor badges with the booth affiliation, which qualify for convention attendance at the in-person convention
- up to two (2) additional badges are available for purchase at $75 each
- Convention participants will need to be ASEEES members to receive complimentary registration
- 8’ x 10’ pipe and drape booth, one 7” x 44” one-line ID sign, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs
- Free Wi-Fi access in the Exhibit Hall
- Recognition in the print program
- Organization profile listed on the mobile app
- Email to all registrants with listing of exhibitors
- Recognition on ASEEES social media outlets
Virtual exhibit booths will not be available in 2026.
Booth assignments are made on first come, first served basis. Early purchases and convention sponsors are given preferred booth locations. Booth assignments are confirmed only after full payment has been processed.
