A printed convention program is distributed to all in-person convention registrants that request a copy when registering. Each program contains the schedule, description of panel sessions, list of social activities, index of participants, and other essential information.

The program contains an extensive advertising section featuring journals, books, films, and other services. It provides an opportunity to reach thousands of specialists, including department heads, faculty, librarians, scholars, graduate students, and experts from NGOs and government.

Exhibitors receive a 10% discount on advertising (applied to your emailed invoice.)

All ads are also posted on the ASEEES website in full color as a compilation (prior to the virtual convention) and include a link to a URL of your choice. **Cover ads will appear on the Convention Site as full-page ads.

2026 Digital Advertising

ASEEES members attending both the virtual convention and in-person convention engage with convention resources digitally. When making proposal submissions, confirm or changing schedules, or attending the virtual sessions ASEEES members are on the convention website. For those attending the convention in-person there is an ASEEES app to create their schedule, reference hotel maps, and quick access convention information. During the convention ASEEES staff keep members informed of last minute changes and reminders with a daily email blast.

Banner ads on Mobile App – $995 – (limit of two)

Email Blast (limit 2) – $1,300 – Exclusive email blast created by advertiser and sent to all ASEEES 2026 Convention Registrants during the convention.
