ASEEES Job: Membership Coordinator

ASEEES seeks a qualified candidate to fill the role of its Member Coordinator. Under Executive Director’s supervision, the Membership Coordinator is responsible for handling all membership services, including renewals, convention registration, subscriptions, and correspondences; maintaining the database of individual and institutional membership records and managing all data entry; reconciling all transactions of fees and dues with the database, and generating reports from the database. This is a regular 100% FTE position and comes with benefits of a University of Pittsburgh employee.
