*In addition to charges for room & tax, when you arrive, an $80 per night hold will be placed on your credit card for incidental charges. This will be released upon checkout based on actual charges made during your stay. If you choose to use a debit card for your check-in, you will not have access to the funds held in reserve until you check out.

How to Book your Room

To book your room, visit the Marriott Boston Copley Place website to make a reservation. Telephone reservations can be made by dialing 877-901-2079.  Be sure to request rates exclusive to the ASEEES Convention.

The ASEEES room block at the Boston Marriott Copley Place is currently SOLD OUT. If you have made a reservation that you no longer plan to use, please cancel your reservation so that others may reserve the rooms. For those waiting for rooms at the hotel, please continue to check the site as rooms will likely open in weeks ahead.

Overflow Hotel Blocks

While we suggest that you continue to check for reservations at the Boston Marriott Copley Place, we have contracted with two neighboring hotels which are offering us rooms at reduced rates. Book rooms at the following hotels, for nights between November 18 and 25, 2024, using these ASEEES booking links:

Fairmont Copley Plaza – A limited number of rooms are available for $299. Must reserve by October 18

Copley Square Hotel – Room rates are $239 for a double bed, $299 for a room with two double beds. Must reserve by October 22.

Student Rooms

Discounted student rooms are sold out. Notifications will be sent to those who qualify for the discount code as well as to those who are on the wait list.

Students are permitted to share their rooms if they choose.
