September 10, 2024 is the last day to submit session changes that will be reflected in the print program. The online program will always be the most up-to-date and will reflect all changes.

This is the last day to request a registration fee refund at 100% (minus the administrative fee).

This is the last day to request invitation letters for visa purposes.

Diversity & Inclusion Travel Grant notifications are sent out.

This is the deadline by which all in-person Convention participants must register in order to appear in the Program Index of Participants.

Childcare Grant notifications are sent out.

There is no late registration for the Virtual Convention. For the In-person Convention in Boston, participants must register on-site at the Convention for a higher fee after this date.

Recorded sessions from the 2024 Virtual Convention are available until November 18. All recorded sessions are available for viewing by convention registrants on the convention website.

This is the deadline to book a room at the Boston Marriott Copley Place under the ASEEES room rate.
