Affiliate Groups

ASEEES has three sections of affiliate groups, including Regional Affiliates, Affiliate Organizations, and Interest Groups. In this way, we are able to cover each geographic location within the United States, a cover a wide range of societies with scopes within our field, and provide a platform for interest-specific groups formed by our members.

How to become an affiliate group?

Per Article X of the ASEEES Bylaws, related scholarly organizations and interest groups may apply to the ASEEES Board for recognition as affiliates.

To apply, submit a Letter of Request which includes the organization or group’s mission statement, a list of officers/contacts, and a select list of members who are also members of ASEEES. Letters of Request should be submitted to the ASEEES Executive Director ([email protected]) by no later than October 15 to be considered at the annual board meeting, which is held at the start of the annual convention.

Related institutions, such as universities, colleges, libraries, and museums, do not qualify and should become Institutional Members.
