The 3rd Floor Atrium at the top of the escalators is available to meet with colleagues or for general use as a Cyber Cafe area. General seating is available throughout the hotel. 

The small lounge is available for Graduate Students and First Time Attendees on the 5th Floor, Rhode Island. Please consider this a quiet space for use during the Convention.

ASEEES Pre-program on Harvard Library Slavic and Eurasian Collections & Resources

Location:  Harvard Yard, Cambridge, MA

Description: Join Harvard Library’s Slavic librarians, curators, and bibliographers for a visit to the campus to see some of our central repositories for Slavic and Eurasian collections. Attendees will learn about collections of Widener and Houghton Libraries, the Davis Center Collection at Fung Library and the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute Library and see highlights across our collections. A reception at the Davis Center will follow. 

This is an opportunity not only to see the inside of Harvard’s libraries, but also to learn more about collections available to researchers, faculty, and students. Please register by filling out this form.
